When you make an enquiry or booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details. We may also collect preferences you share with us to personalise your stay.
How we use your data
We use your data to process your booking, communicate with you about your stay, and — with your consent — to send you information about future availability and special offers. We use AI tools to personalise pre-arrival communications. Guest names and contact details are processed only on our own servers and are never sent to third-party AI services.

Data retention
We retain booking data for 3 years after your last stay. After this period, your records are automatically deleted from our system.
